mounting there.. with the exposed cable, is soooooooo ugly. i love the macdonalds vip drivethru mod. where to get?
The Mac VIP mod... is a contactless ID cum decal... it

1) Recognises the car and its past ordering patterns
2) Records bonus/loyalty points
3) Sends a monthly bill and deduct the payment from Credit Card...

The only bug they found so far... was the voice box (taking the order) kept repeating "And Then? And Then? And Then?"....

i doubt the new BMW iPod interface will be out soon, but you should checkl first.
Called PML today and found out that they have not heard of the new BMW iPod interface.
It is also not listed in their latest monthly accessories catalogue.

Guys, I was browsing at Sony@Paragon on Sat and saw this amazing "Nano Thumbdrive"...

It comes in capacity of 1 GB and 2 GB.. The former costing only S$129. It comes with special on-the-fly compression (fully automated) to yield 3GB on a 1GB drive.

Look at the pictures and you will be amazed at the size... it looks smaller than a microSD yet it does not require a reader... cos its actually a thumbdrive with direct plugin to a USB port! Now you can carry a thumbdrive in your wallet as the thickness is about the same as a credit card... I will be sticking mine onto the inner strap of my watch and wear it on my wrist!

And you don't think they can get any smaller!

In 1986 when I got my first PC/XT... the most popular HD was the ST251... at 20MB... Now you get a 2GB thumbcard.... wow...

is this Sony?
i recall seeing this in HK a couple months back in Mongkok, but not Sony though.
If you have seen the New Sandisk MP3 usb stick, you'll like it too, it comes with OLED display and comes in 1, 2 and 4GB.

Ha that's nothing, in 1982 I got my first Apple ][+ computer, it came with a whopping 48KBytes of memory, a 1MHz 8bit CPU and a 5.25 inch floppy drive that could store a massive 128kBytes of information. All this for about S$6K, inclusive for a 14inch green CRT monitor. I then paid US$300 to upgrade this monster of a PC to an unbelieveable 64KBytes of RAM and was king of the memory hill for like 2 years!
