Today I found another thing. Don't know which button or combination of buttons on the remote key that cause the headlight switch to sunk in. I was shocked. When I went into the car, I wanted to switch on the headlight, found that the switch is flushed in. I got to pull the switch out in order to turn on the headlight. Anyone of you encounter this? What is the purpose of this?

I think the most beautiful part of the E60 has to be the headlights when they are on in the dark. Try parking your car in a dark spot and switch on the headlight and admire them by standing in front of the car. It's awesome!

totoseow, about the creaking, I suggest you do not do anything yet but just monitor it for a while. Mine was gone after a few weeks. I think it is due to the rubber seal on the door not being seasoned yet thus causing the creaking when it rubs against the door frame when the car goes over uneven surface. If you replace the seal now, there is no guarantee the creaking would stop. Many years ago, when cars were not that quiet, we do not hear of people complaining or noticing creasking. Now that the E60 has become so quiet, all this little things become very noticeable and irritable. That shows how far civilisation has progressed! While the technology has improved leaps and bound, little things like creaking still cannot be totally eliminated. I think we just have to be more tolerable of such little irritations in like and soon, we will be able to ignore them.
