totoseow and 6spdman, do you agree with the observation? the dust is pain in the #*$! Thinking of getting the boot finisher? group buy?

eugeneloke,
the 19" will be a tad bumpier provided you don't mind about it. 18" set up is about nice. Maybe this is me feeling it, with the 19" set up, it brought up the softness/ inadequacy of the standard suspension. i felt my car bounce more than before during agressive driving... ok i pushed the car real hard some times during cornering not speeding just taking the car thru corner or bent hard.
time to really get a sets of coilovers soon!

Zag, I've just bought a piece at SGD 310.00. Its being fitted at Ah Long right now. There is no way you can use the keyhole. The opening of the trunk is now limited to the button on the key and the optional button in the car.

I was at the Australia International Motor Show at the Sydney Exhibition Centre yesterday. Saw the new M6 on display - very solid looking. There is also an M5 on display. Other new models on display include the Lexus IS250, Audi Q7, Mercedes B class, Mitsubishi 380, Ferrari new models, Auston Martin DB9, Lamboghini Gallardo, and some futuristic concept cars from Toyota, Lexus, Maybach, Nissan, Honda, Hyundi, Holden, etc. The motor show is huge and puts the one in Singapore to shame.

where did you get it from?
btw, it's none of my business but are you serious? you are turning your car into mixed personality don't u think? besides the exisitng rear bumper will be too short for the boot lid finisher.

PML. Where else? I know what you mean when you mention mixed personality, but I kinda like the flush finish. But all said, I ain't gonna create another fake M5.

As for the rear bumper, Long fitted for me and it fits perfectly; don't know where you got the info from.

ed.. ah! lighten up on fake M5s, it is what is inside both car and owner that counts. So long ones stay away from side grilles and M5 badge it is not faking one.

I am sure it will fit fine on the boot lid, but if you take a look at M-tech rear bumper it is longer than the original design. can you check how much space left between the bootlid and the bumper flat area?

For me I am bothered by the amount of dust on the bumper after a day of driving and I am thinking that the boot lid finisher will help reduce air flow stagnation there thus the dust.

Run a check with Bugaboo. He's already got it fitted. Take a look at his pictures at the BMW.SG website.

I personally think it will not help. I will be happy if the dripping water (after car wash) stops.

OK...Saw bugaboo's post.. yeap he still has decent length between the lid and the edge of the bumper. Just called PML.. 15% off offer still on. $310 include GST?
Is Ah Long's work better than Mike SWC?

Notice something cool about Lexus GS300 rear plate number .. did you guys notice the illumination on the number plate is of whitish shade vs. typical yellowish on most cars ie. on the e60 as well? Looks like white LED is used there. Love to have those retrofitted. anyone researching this already?
I know.. i know it is cosmetic blah blah...blah..
