E60 Replacing seal under window trim

Does the trim highlighted in yellow below, just lift up from the door? Or a special tool is needed?
I want to replace the rubber seal which is below that trim piece but unsure how the seal comes out from the instruction below:

yes, it just lifts off. Be careful, take your time, the trim bends easily so lift it gently.

Maybe #'s 2 or 10, but to be safe I used my fingers. It just pulls right up, like I said, just be careful (Unfortunately I think I have removed my trim more than any other member, around 6 or 7 times )

The end towards the rear wants to lift itself up on its own anyway, so it just needs a quick hand
The clips which hold the trim in are on the actual rubber seal right?
