My Ride: 08 528i TiAg Premium/Cold Weather Pkg, 20% Tint, Technic Harness, JL Audio 12W7, JL HD 750/1 and LOTS of lighting mods!!!!!
So the dealer told me that it was my Right footwell flap actuator that was causing the air to default to the defroster vents in the event that it fails because its failure breaks the connection of the LIN bus to the IHKA module.... I shouldn't have guessed 
I should have brought it to them first lol.....anyone want to buy a used FSU or IHKA module? lol
