Question E60 HBA(High Beam Assistant) not working correctly

Hello!
So I retrofited HBA in my bmw e60 2008 LCI about 5 months ago and it works,by saying that I mean that it turns on and also off when it detects light, but not as it should. The problem I'm having is when I'm behind someone and they are more than at least 20 meters away from me,the High Beam turns on and I'm blinding the person in front of me like if the sensor's not able to detect the other car's rear lights, and when there's a car coming my way it turns off only after they get close to me about 500-700 meters,I tried searching everywhere,on ISTA+ and INPA,on other forums someone said that BMW service said something about 3 possible to select options for the sensor's sensitivity but that's all there is,no explaination on how to change it on your own, when I tried coding it with NCS Expert Tools I noticed that there's also not many options to change or either they're too difficult for me to understand on how they work. Does anyone have idea how I can change it's sensitivity or can someone send me their working FLA TRC file so I can code it in and hope for the best? I retrofited it because it seemed like a good option to have but to be fair I'm rarely using it because of the problems it can sometimes cause and as you may all know it's not nice to get blinded by someone's headlights in the middle of the night.

I have done numerous retrofits, but not yet this one. Did you take a look at this retrofit guide to see if any of the coding there is useful?

no, I did not,I used the guide made by ka2ar and he didn't mention any coding in ncs expert/ncs dummy,I did factory reset the FLA module though but still no progress, also I should mention that I retrofited the gen 1 FLA, not the gen 2 used in e90/e70.
