Does anyone know of a DIY for this?

Also if anyone who has done this fix reference the part numbers needed.

A diy on how to remove the intake manifold would be appreciated. Been looking like crazy.

You need to remove the intake. There is not enough room to snake the hose through.
It is also a perfect time to check if your coolant vent pipes and valley pan are not leaking.

How many miles you have on your car? I got my car with 86k and now I have 130k. During that time I removed my intake at least 5 times.
It is not that hard. You will get used to it. ;-)

Let me think:


at 89k - Y-pipe and left exhaust valve
at 94k - Valley pan, water pump and coolant vent pipes
at 102 - I was looking for strange coolant leak and at that time I replaced second exhaust valve. At the end coolant was leaking from rear engine cover behind the transmission. It was easier to remove everything while intake was out.
at 117k - coolant return pipe (AGA expandable pipe)
at 125k - DISA motor and intake pressure sensor
