I was just looking at replacing 2 of my tires and was just going to go with the dunlops to keep the 4 the same but I was under the impression that the sport package dunlops-the runflat sport 01 dsst tires were all weather tires but on tirerack.com they say they are Ultra high performance summer tires?

I will be driving in rain and some snow this upcoming year and do not want to put tires that are awful in the snow-I mean I dont want a snow tire since it doesnt snow all that much but something that will do the job ok

Change all four to non RF Bridgestone Potenzas.

That's by far the wisest thing you can do.

If you drive in snow, get winter tyres.

Dunlop Sport are summer tires. Not supposed to be driven in snow. Rain should not be a problem as long as temperatures stay above 35F. If you do not want to deal with winter tires you can probably get through a mild winder with all-season Bridgestone 960 or Michelin PS2. You will lose RFT security and handling but get better ride and less noise.
