That pic is taken out of context. notice the left fog and the right fog? Tell me whats wrong.

[/quote]I've noticed that on my PIAA 4150 bulbs that if I go off center that they become less white (blueish) and more yellow. I think this might be a case of that - the camera not exactly center to the two bulbs
