I don't know about NY but I don't think a single accident would be cause to get license revoked.
I see you have 24 posts in a year so I think this must have gotten you quite upset. Upset enought to post about.
This is driving, and how it's done. Driving here in the U.S. is easier than anywhere else I've ever been. Sure there is traffic at times but it is what it is. Just your draw of the straw.
At least you have signs and lanes and so forth.
Just because there is one bad driver don't think about it much.
One time I had a medical problem and my wife had to drive me and she was doing about 130mph or so and was driving with hazards on and went through stop signs and red lights (after slowing and cautiously approaching like any rational person would) but had she not done that I wouldn't be around.
So sometimes you simply don't know the reason the person wants you to get out of the way. What if it was you, your wife, son, daughter, mother, father etc etc?
I'm just as guilty because i don't always remember these things but when I get upset I always remember this time and it justifies it. I'm sure she pissed a lot of people of too. But maybe next time you'll remember this and it will help you not be so frustrated. Life is beautiful. You can disguise it anyway you want and throw whatever variables you want. but break it down and life really is beautiful!

or maybe an insight? 60mph in an E60 is like doing 20mph in another car.
