Driver side lights stuck on

I'm here again with my recently purchased 06 525i, today I went out to my car and I noticed my driver side angel eyes were on and my driver side brake light/parking light was on. No other lights were on, not the interior ones, license plate lights nor the 3rd brake light and the light switch inside the car was off. It's been happening to me a couple of times and it's starting to get me worried for a potential dead battery due to the lights staying on without me knowing or even worse a fire. I don't believe it's the brake switch on the pedal being stuck because wouldn't all the lights connected to the pedal be illuminated and when I depress the pedal it stays on.
Any enlightenment on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Was your turn signal on after you shut the car off? Go test it. Its a feature on european cars..

I would've never thought that, it must have happened when I was cleaning the interior today and I wiped the stalk and I accidentally lowered it.
I think this feature is limited to the E60 because out of curiosity I checked on my 2004 X3 and 2009 C63 and both didn't do it!

Some other car may activate with a switch like my old cayenne s.
All my Porsches, audis, vw, etc always did this. Its for parking on those narrow european streets to make sure your car is visable.
