door switch

11 Amps at 12V is 132 Watt. You could warm the cabin with that kind of power drain! Or put the fans on max power. Or it can turn your head and tail lights on with 132 Watt. Are you sure that's what the technical manager said?

Actually it might be easier unplugging the fuse for the door (if there is one) to see if this fixes your issue.

11 amps ! Hot relay ( 10 times the current I would expect) ! Does your technical guy know what he is doing?
