i went to the dealer and they say it is my fault because i do not drive enought!
I said BS ! and I called BMW USA
BMW USA said" change dealer !" i replied " looks like I will if my dealer stay stupid, but i need you first to call my dealer and try to make them do the right think"
BMW USA will call me back before Friday May 28.
The dealer is BMW Mountain View.
I will let you know....

Yea, my wife had some complaints recently and BMW NA also told her to "change dealers" for her repair woes. That's a bad answer. In the end, the head of Service got it to another mechanic and they found the latest issue.
