The chrome trim makes the car less sporty and more luxury. I think Cadillac when I think of Chrome.

I'm disturbed by your avatar picture.
+1. I was under the impression that PG-13 is the board's standard. If so, that Avatar picture has gotta go.

As far as shadowline trim goes, I love it. The E60 has a tremendous amount of lines and creases as is and I think that chrome trim is a little too busy for me.

Oh, and AWG's 167 reps are about 20 times nicer than her last set of wheels. The AWG-mobile is one hot looking 530.

I like the look of it and combine that with me being lazy, its staying for now. Maybe once i get the calipers painted and a few other things knocked out and i get bored and want something to do then maybe i will change it all. If i change it all im not going to take them off. im going to tape off the car and spray them. At some point im sure i will complete it.

thank you

Thanks guys

1) You could always keep the shadow/chrome trim look - at least it's unique.
2) Yes, the newer Miro's look waaaaay better than the old rims

shadowline looks great but i dont think the window trim looks all that bad. Chrome wheels like my old ones are completely unacceptable.
