Thats not quite right mate, negative camber is used to offset the body roll of the car to keep the contact patch of the tyre flat on the surface of the road, the less roll you have in the chassis of a car the less camber you need generally speaking. Too much negative or positive camber can actually lose you grip, with some performance tyres and race tyres negative camber can also give you more grip because of something called Camber Thrust..........im sure this applies to all tyres but is exploited properly in the design of these example.
For what it's worth, F1 cars have camber built into the tires, yet still run about 3 degrees of static camber. They have less body roll than any street car I know of. I do agree that the less body roll you have, the less camber you need though. The same thing with higher castor, which gives you dynamic camber on better designed suspension systems.

hehehe, you just know how some people can be, take it litraly and drive around with -25 degrees of camber and come back on here posting what a bunch of useless information we posted eh , much like the pics in page1

6 series, e53 x5s have quite of bit negative camber i've noticed... Def. good for performance, but not good for the wallet when your replacing tires...
