this is a pretty old school look that I thought was more of a european thing that never really took off in N.A. Its kinda like the super stretched tire look.

that'll wear out the inside of the tires sooo much faster that people will be complaining like no other.

I think the toe-out you're referring to is actually negative camber. Maybe it's a sport package thing but as many of the forum members have noticed over the years, there is a noticeable negative camber on the rear wheels of the E60.
The tire/lip thing you mentioned is likely due to a mismatched tire and wheel size. I don't think that's a normal thing and like EBMCS03 said, it'll cause premature wearing of the tires (not to mention zero protection from curbs...)

yeah european modders were purposely doing the toe out and slamming there cars this was a look done on purpose not factory look. The stretched tire look was also done on purpose, don't ask me why this was just the look guys were going for there.

+1
Not to mention those looks are more so for Jap VIP cars with the streched tires on krazy wide wheels. Toe? Shouldnt it be Camber? Any whoo camber shouldnt be too negative or positive, just looks plain WRONG.
