Pretty stupid if you ask me. It's not hard to get to .08% and this just invites touble.

I had my dealer plate for about 1 year. I still don't have any plate on front bumper.

I have a friend who WAS Glendale PD- he was fired a few months ago for signing off a tint ticket. "falsifying a police report."
