There's been a thread on BMWLand about this - perhaps they've had a few phone calls and decided that demand has risen, so they can charge more! Still, ?126 inc. isn't too far from ?99 exc (?114) if you book online.

Serviced today, ?121. Microfilter not needed
Didn't need anything else, they've advised that I need a rear tyre very soon though!!!! More $$$$ anyone know where I can get some runflats at a reasonable price? (225/50/R17 Dunlop)

Brake Fluid to be done in January then Inspection service in 4800 miles !!!!

 

For anyone interested, I picked up two Dunlop SP01 225/17/50 Runflat tyres for Ł286, fitted, valved and balanced. If you need any, try Scot of Castle Tyre.. 01215238034.

Oh also had Brake service done, Rybrook quoted Ł120 ish, got local stealer to do it for Ł88 !!!

Now to see what I can get for the MOT.

what is a microfilter? is it the fuel filter

 

- Microfilter is a filter (actually there are two) that percolates the air coming into a cabin.
- Particle filter is a filter that percolates some particles from the exhaust gases.
- Fuel filter is just a fuel filter.
