Oh, and yes, i have a particle filter, it's standard in Holland.
In 2004 it was an option. Does your car have the straight tips or the curved ones ?
I would like to chip mine but have heard that it is not good for your particel filter because of the higher temperatures which can result in burning the inside of the dpf.

Curved and i have a particle filter submenu on the service menu.

A particle filter can never really handle continued stress, chipped or not.
I really think it doesn't matter that much if the car is chipped or not.
View it from this way: this way you are quicker at the speed you want to drive at, so the overall load will be less

Don't you have to have winter tyres in Holland? It's the law here in Germany now. I'm restricted to 210kmh until I get my summers on in a month or so. I wonder what the law is for non-German registered cars (from Holland).
Why 210? Is it because of tyre speed index (H) or what? You could get winter tyres with W speed index in dim. 245/40/18.

It's just that they're only rated to 210. When I renew I'll probably get higher rated ones. I think if you exceed the speed rating and have an accident, there's serious doubt about the insurance situation. It's something they could easily try and use as a reason not to pay out. Same with not having winters on.

Little update:

Didn't do a topspeed run this time, because i hit a f*cking deer on the way!!!
Luckily i wasn't driving that fast and i saw a couple of deer hopping on the road before so i slowed down.
It was dark and it jumped in front of my car. I hit the brakes and hit it at about 10 miles per hour.

Now i've got a couple of nasty scratches on my bumper and the bumper is dislodged on one side (it hangs out, but isn't hanging loose).
Also. one parking sensor was rotated inwards, but rotating it back fixed the problem.
Luckily it didn't hit any chrome parts, any metal parts or the headlights! (Easier to fix a little plastic than banging bumps out of metal or replacing that expensive headlight-assemblies!)
