Glad to hear that your dealer stood by their mistake and rectified it. This day and age, its almost a miracle...

Maybe some pics of the rims?

lately i hate the dealers! they are so retarded when it comes to fixing your friggen car.. we should start an e60 dealer because were a whole lot smarter then them and we would actually FIX the problem without having to go back for another problem that THEY CAUSED!!!! ugh..

I hear ya guys, usually dealers will try to deny it all. This dealer was even asking me information about the wheel in case they could not get the "stain" out and had to purchase me a new one. Thankfully we did not have to go to that extent and they were able to resolve it quickly. I will take pics this afternoon and will post. Thanks for the support fellas..

Well, I finally got my mat sensor fixed for the recall. Dealer washed the car before giving it back to me, which was great. When I got it back, I looked at the wheels and noticed brownish stain/tint on my polish lip, all FOUR! It seemed like they washed it and let the soap/cleaner dry on the wheels and never wiped it dry. I tried rewashing it and wiping it really hard with negative results! Any suggestion how to get it back to life. I told the dealer and told me to go back so they can look at it. Wont be able to go back until next week......
Pare, try the Blue Magic Chrome Polish. I use this to polish the tailpipe on my bike. It removes any stain and oxidation without scratching the surface. Be sure to get the liquid version.
