dealer messed up my rims!! HELP!!

thanks ger.........I bought Mothers and did not get the stain out. Dealer would not tell what they used though but will try that one next time. Below are the pics of the wheels after the dealer polished them. What you guys think of the job the dealer did? thanks

Another fine example why not to let the dealer wash your car. Glad they took care of it for you

i dont let a soul touch my jet black car. they couldnt pay me to let them wash my car.

Now that I've modded my car, the SA makes them hand wash my car....LOL...I get the special treatment now...

Couple years back I had a BMW tech drop one of my 19" Iforge Daytona's on it's face - ugh!

The SOB didn't tell me about it and I noticed it when I got home..Had to call the dealer service mgr and jump through hoops - tech finally came clean with how it happened. To their credit they made me whole -- but I really was let down by the dishonesty of the tech.

Every time I bring my car in now, I make the tech walk around the car with me prior to any servicing. Too bad it has to be this way..

thats a good idea....Now I will do a walk through with them before giving them the keys and again taking it back from them. Same way they do when give the loaners out. Dam good idea!!
