Dead IDrive, multichanger and HU

My Ride: 2005 Sapphire Black 530 se, Media pack, Beige leather.
M-Sport kit being painted as we speak! 20" rims & tyres in transit!
Ok, i took my car in yesterday for a software update so i can install and use my dension gateway 500. Today I went down and started the car and the Idrive is dead, the wheel spins freely and also there is no power to the multichanger or head unit!!! Have tried the reset as per the instructions on here and also tried disconnecting the battery for 30mins the restarting, and its still dead!!! 
Have checked all the fuses and nothings gone, so before i go to the dealer, anything else i should look for?
