the memory function stores both seat and side mirror position

Well now, that's a pretty cool idea. Although my wife probably wouldn't like me wiping out her memory setting in order for me to have a better mirror position when reversing.

My Ride: 545i SMG with Limited Slip Differential

On my MY2005 545i doesn't work, the stupid mirror continues to go down with the switch on the left or on the right.
I remember that was an option in the iDrive, but can't find anymore on this V31.
I will call the dealer.



PS:
The position2 "cheat" is wrong, I already am on #2 and it continues to go down.. It goes down in 1 and 2, obviously.

that cheat only works if you are first able to disable the feature via switch to the left...
