My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

a) here we say 'voice' to indicate an element of a menu/list, I bet it was the same in ENG as well.
b) I needed to switch a pair of times from R to D and then to R, to have the cheat of the switch working (and it actually works). I repeat, I remember it was in the iDrive in V19 or V24.
c) I'm happy you had fun with this topic, but remember it would be easy to do irony about you.
