Get your dealer to replace your cupholders. They have been modified.

The phrase "pop" is a Midwestern US thing ... "soda" is from the Northeast ... and down South they just say "coke."

There was a famous comedian who had a routine about how he knew that God was a southerner.

Among his reasons was... southerners say Coke... northerers say Pop. He said to say "pop" you basically have to scrunch up your butt cheeks... and that God would never scrunch his butt to ask for a Coke.

Wait, so if I'm in the South and I order "Coke", they might give me Sprite?
LOL

I have one coffee mug that I only use for my BMW - it has a smaller base with a larger top and fits perfectly. Everything else I have tried I worry about poping out. And, don't even try a paper coffee cup.

Likewise on my SUV, I can put anything in the cup holders.

Oh well, the price you pay for the driving experience.

Not if they have coke. But, if they don't, then watch out.

And don't even think of placing a tall stemmed glass of Liebfraumilch in the cup holder.

The stem glass with a slash means no drink and drive!

Another thing, my cup holder works at best when it's closed in the dash
