It's funny you say that...I was thinking of taking pictures of the manhole covers and bringing my tires into the Town Hall, but I'm not so sure that will do it. do I need a police report of some sort? I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune but it seems that the roads here in NYC are second to none for providing us with blown tires, bent and/or cracked rims. I feel your pain. I had a rim bent and two flat tires. My hope is to one day have roads like the californians have
