Default 285/35/19 on e60

Hey guys, I'm buying new tires and I wanna know if 285/35/19 will fit on a standard suspension 525i? Will it rub anywhere? Roads are horrible so I would like to go with a 35 sidewall.. The tire shop said with a 35 sidewall the car will be unstable and drive horrible and I disagreed so now I'm asking the experts
thanks!

I don't understand why it would be unstable.. unless he's saying 285 is too wide?

I'm running 245/35/19 which is the factory size/option. According to the calculator the 285/35 is 4.1% larger. With stock height I don't think it would rub in the back.. maybe on the front though...
