Why does it show aerosmith for one of my stations???

I'm not sure what version I have - but it's grey as opposed to brown as I told them my CD kept playing after the car was off?

Is there a fix to this??

Thanks for your response.

I just got RDS for the first time in my E60 when the dealer did an update last week. I too have noticed that some station's labels seem to stick on whatever was scrolling across at the moment I changed the station. I had a station get stuck with the word "TOM" for a label because I changed the station during Tom Leykis' show. Weird. My Tahoe doesn't do that.

I don't know of a fix, but I would be interested in hearing about one too.

My 2004 did the same thing. I found that I had to wait to hit the store command until the text I wanted was on the screen. One station got stuck and would not show any text, while all the others showed text just fine. I couldn't get it to clear until I accidently used the valet key at the car wash. With the valet key in the ignition, I was able to get text to come up for the station that would not show it before. When I went back to my regular key, I was now able to store the text properly. Everything has worked fine since. I guess it is just one of those wierd quirks that happen.
