Hi, Sorry to put this on here, i'm sure its covered here before but I can't seem to find the right info. I am trying to access the hidden menu to check my Coolant Temperature on my 520d LCI.

I'v tried following the steps found on youtube on this
but when I tried that on my car it goes to normal Time & Outside temp display at the last stage at 07.00 (KTMP-MOM)? I tried the same procedure in my friends car who has 520d Pre-LCI and it works fine??

Is their a different procedure for LCI models? Please advice.

Are you sure you calculated the sum of the 5 last VIN numbers right?

Try this to check if the hidden menu is opened or not:
- Go to folder 19 and put the sum there
- Then go back to folder 19 and see if the menu is still locked
- If it's still locked, you put the wrong number in

Thanks Anzafin, sorted! I was adding last 5 digits!! Thanks for your help. Now I can check my coolant temp and see if it is right or wrong?! I'm I right to say that it should around 92'C?

Amendment is last comment! I was using last "6" digits and not last "5"! :-))
