confirm Version 15.2 changes

My Ride: 545Ai, Silver grey, black, poplar, Sport Pkg, Logic 7, Comfort seats, Nav, HUD, PDC, rear shades, and satellite radio
I just went the dealer yesterday do have version 15.2 updated and was hoping for the following fixes:
-quicker boot-up time
-ability for the radio to be off when you start the car
-RDS radio
-Radio doesn't come back on after a call starts dialing
Can anyone with Nav confirm that 15.2 fixed any of these things. My local dealer is somewhat suspect in my eyes, (their service department's customer satisfaction is a whole 76% and it shows), they are not very knowledgeable or expereienced and I am wondering if they actually did the CIP upgrade because none of the changes are there. Any insight from would be appreciated.

I was told by my dealer a few days ago that from 13.3 to 15.2, there were no E60 changes (or if there were, they are insignificant) so we didn't upgrade my car.

- boot-up time (with SatNav Pro) is about 12 seconds
- radio or CD (last selection) is always on when you start the car
- RDS radio works perfectly (however some bug with TMC - traffic info system)
- Radio does come back on after a call

So is the difference with those that have reported having those things fixed having no Nav?
