I currently have a E46 M3 and am contemplating moving "up" to the 545i with Sport Pkg.

Anyone out there do the same and can provide some insight?

i know there are some members have both and some traded in for the e60. it's not really moving "up" since they are quite different in many ways. it's more like moving from sport to sport luxury. my friend also has a m3 and he said my car is way more comfortable than his. i don't even have sport seats, let alone comfort seats . m3 is a bit rougher if you compare to 545. but i think other than m5, 545 is the best of both sport and luxury combined .
