a comment on the lack of comments re: 16.2

I read this board daily, in fact, probably about 5-7 times a day, I check the new posts.. I'm a fanatic, just like the rest of you guys/gals. We have, together, waited paitently for alot of fixes with the E60. Much of it software related. We ALL were worked up in anticipation of 16.2 and the possibility of the fact that as Iceman said "It is supposed to fix most of the existing problems..."...
In the week or 2 that it has been out here in the U.S., I would have expected MUCH more in the way of posts. While we now know that the radio on/off is fixed, I can't believe that is where the fixing ends? Maybe there aren't more posts because truly, they didn't fix much?
I've seen a couple comments, maybe, on longer shifts, the possibility of the throttle lag being fixed (although I've read about that on the last 2 or 3 upgrades)..., and that's about it. Nothing much about A/S, Bluetooth, Logic7 or soundsystem in general, like more preset settings other than just concert and theater, nothing.
As for me, maybe I am just frustrated that my da*n tires aren't in yet.. I decided to wait for the Bridgestones.. but I am going on 8 weeks.. enough is enough.. they won't pull them from a new car, against policy.. so while 16.2 was burnt to a disc for me 2 1/2 weeks ago, I have yet to take advantage of what it offers, how little that may be (lol)...

Anyways, the most of the know BUGS are fixed. But speaking of L7 settings... That's no bug, there are only two settings and there will not be as many as there are on a 7er. Those are the little differences in between models. BMW keeps it this way.
