Any experience with either of them? How different are they compared to standard seats? Has anyone taken up the lumbar support option with either the standard of sports seats??

TIA

I had sport seats in my 525i.

On long trips I experienced lower back and thigh pain

So this time I ordered the comfort seats for my new 530i.

I have the sport seat. I perfer the regular seat over the sport seat.
I wish I can try confort seat to know the difference.

I've got the sports seats and I really like them. Importantly, they feel snug and like the seats you'd find in a sports car. Also, they look better than the stock and comfort seats.

I sat in the comfort seats, which felt great. My take is the comfort seats are more plush, better for longer distance driving, and have more adjustments for the finicky and anal types. IMHO, stock seats suck by comparison.

Of course the sport seats are history now.

My comfort seats are easily the best automobile seats I have ever experienced. They're great.
