Default Comfort seat side bolsters not moving

I can hear the relay click and the motor whir, but the bolsters don’t move anymore. Is there a plastic cog in the motor housing that breaks, like with the thigh support?

No. that is not it.

The rear seat plastic cover comes off. It snaps into place with metal clips at the top - you can remove the panel and take a look.
