comfort access key wont start my car

There may be something wrong with the key. Just to help eliminate some variables, try putting the battery that was originaly in the "dead" key into the one that originally worked. If that key continues to work, then it's likely that you have a bad key...

Aside from this issue how have you liked C/A ?? I'm kind of mixed on it .
