Success. Well at least for the time being. I will follow up with some pics later today. I do have a little more clearance from my control arms. Again I am not posting to scare anyone from these mods, just beware and research . I am gonna still look into adjustable though. I am still confused why this happened.

update:
Looks like my FCP replacement end links arent quite stock specs. Once I get the specs from an OEM part I will ordering up new adjustable endlinks. May also check into rear ones too

I ordered a set of front sway bar end links from FCP and they looked identical to the stock ones I took out.

Stockers are 12'. Mine were 12.1875.
I have to pretty much go take out my links and adjust everything back to stock position and measure. So thats the update

I took the links off remeasuredand they are 12inches(300mm). But the measurment from where the sway should sit is 60mm difference (240mm).

Thanks for info. I'll be sure to take a peek in the morning or pay u a visit to have mine analyzed.
off topic - I need to consult with you on tire size again, need to get right tires setup for new wheels.

Today is d-day. Should be getting the links this afternoon. I believe the KW is installed at the maximum height but its max height is still less than my Koni's mounting position..see the picture where the pinch bolt is and the bronze insert. Its this slight variance that's causing my issue. Also see the tire/rim space I wish the made a 10mm spacer or even an 8mm that would fit snug. In theory I could get a 285 tire in there
.. ha ha

Final update: finally got the parts and here you go! The first pic is of the 2 links side by side , I pre-measured the new one and you can see the difference on how far the sway was off. The 2nd pic is installed. Once installed they are a snap to adjust. Also see how the link sits above the control arm instead of on top of it. Thanks for following.
