My Ride: MY05 545i Jet Black with Auburn interior. SMG, Logic7, Sport Package, Comfort Seats, Navigation.

I just came back from a software update yesterday. I don't know what version I got, but I lost the "phone" icon next to the signal bars when the phone is connected to the car.

However, I now have the station name displayed on the screen (RDS?).
My Lawyer screen does not go off by itself as other have said though.
I did notice the throatle is a bit more responsive, and my gear changes are a bit more abrupt (SMG)

I havn't tried to play MP3 discs, but I don't expect it will work.

Apparently the lawyer screen only goes off automatically with CIP 20+ if you do NOT have Nav.

My arrow view is fine after all 20.01.00. In my car, "arrow view" is dimmed until the nav is put into operation. Then, I can select it. I now recall that is also was fine under 19.01.01.

[/quote]Got my car back yesterday,lost my BMW Assist again,( the forth time),they had to put in another TCU Unit,(the fifth one).Also did a upgrade to I believe CIP 20.I now have the RDS and pretty much everything is the same.Always had the arrow view.As usual JMK BMW did a first class service.

I have searched the forum and 2 guys have the problem where the option for Arrow view is not available after upgrade to CIP 20. This is really annoying and dangerous. Good deal Vern; it's great to have a great dealer and for things to go well. As you know, I think my dealer, North Scottsdale BMW, is first class too.
