It's your car. Do with it what you like. Period. There will always be people who disagree with the look you may be going for, but you posted your question on a public forum and thus opened yourself up to both encouragement and ridicule. If you want chrome accessories, do it. Personally, I'm anti-chrome and am going the Darth Vadar route. To each his own.

Either way, cursing and name calling serves no purpose...whether it be in real life or on the internet. Not sure what you're trying to accomplish with that tactic.

Accessorize your car in a way that makes you happy.

 

+1 on this reply. Chrome is just old news. this forum in general praises clean looks which includes full deletion of ALL chrome ..... good decision though and watch the language as you'll get banned quicker than most replace their chrome trim with shadowline.

IMHO, I think it would cheapen the looks of the car.

 

Personally, I would say HELL NO! However, if you personally like chrome, the chrome door handles add a nice accent to the doors. For example, if I like chrome and I drive a Mercedes, I would have chrome wheels, chrome window surrounds, DEFINITELY chrome door handles. But I would not add chrome fake grills, chrome headlight/taillight surrounds since that makes it smaller.

The most important thing is, do you like chrome? If you do not have chrome wheels and will be changing to carbon grills, don't put it on.

 

It's all in good fun bro....don't get too offended. We're all here to help each other. I haven't replied yet but if i did, It would probably be sarcastic/funny.. lol. Chrome is very 90's IMO.
