Like theXman said, unless you have something else to match those gawdy chrome handles than "NO". If the only thing chrome on your car are the handles than it'll stick out like an eye-sore - not pleasing.

You'll need chrome trim, pillars, and rims to finish the look though.
Maybe a chrome M5 badge by the front 1/4 panel as well or if you can't find one of those, I can give this to you for free if you agree to put it on your car and post a pic:

Is the car ALL chrome? In that case YES< chrome handles will make it look great. On the other hand, if your car is black or grey, I would keep original handles.

Only exception if your car isn't all chrome, is if your car is a ultra neon color paint with 28 inch wheels. In that case, YES, accessorize chrome it all out baby.
