My friend was warning me about this prior to doing this mod, but afterward, he agreed that it's definitely a brighter indication than how it is stock. To be honest, he thought it was too bright

Totally agree about the 99% and fully understand Bruce's point about the 1%. I'd ditch the rear fogs but unfortunately we must have them here

Never heard of the ricky brake effect. Am I right to have inferred from this thread that it's using the fog lights as supplemental brake lights (but with a switch somewhere to enable/disable this) ?
