Check Engine and shaking!

My Ride: 2010 535i, Sports Package, Nav, Prem Sound
Help guys! This morning I started my 06 530i and I noticed the engine was rough, especially at idle. When I put the car in gear its even worse and I can feel the whole car shake. Also the check engine light on the instrument cluster came on but no message on Idrive.
What could it be? I am at the dealership and got the car towed here just in case.
Also I have 85k miles.

The SA said he thinks its definately a missfire but the shop has to determine the cause. I am waiting at the dealership for a diagnosis.
