Your safety gateway module is another story and is unrelated to this issue. If you have INPA set your default printer to XPS document and then do a print in INPA and save it. It will tell you how long you've had it and the frequency and the error.
As far as a fuel system cleaner, the Lucas is fine. Just put 6 oz in. and fill tank to premium
