Hi guys,

Let me know if you have any ideas...

I was just driving along a couple od days ago when i was listening to a CD. Then, it went a quiet for about 3 secs.
I thought there must of been a scratch...anyway... then continued to play for about 15 secs til it happend again.
This time... nothing
I changed the cd and nothing.
THEN, took the cartridge out and put it back in. It is saying i have nothing in there on the idrive as the CD is greyed out

Is there some sort of Reset function....??
Has anybody experienced this issue before..?

I have the same problem. It started last week. I took the CD magazine out and put it back in. It seems working okay now. After 6 years, it is about time for it to break.

Mine isn't working either, the same way as you described. Will have it looked at the next time I bring the car in. My in-dash CD player works, though.
