Has anyone had any problems with CDs skipping? I've been listening to Dan Brown's "Angels and Demons" and two of the CDs skip on the last two tracks of two different CDs. The CDs play fine in my house and computer CD players and there does not appear to be any damage to the CD (I've even cleaned them). I'm curious to see if others have had this problem?

Yes I noticed that too. Both in the in dash and in the CD changer. It skips randomly... at first I thought it was the CD but then it happens to almost all the CDs i have.

Now thats kinda annoying... poor CD player that skips???

Are these original CDs or dupes? Some CD players do not like certain types of surfaces (green, blue, black). If originals, you simply have a bad cd player and get the dealer to take care of it.

Ebmcs03 mine is in the shop as we speak for this and numerous other things was three pages of things that i want addressed. The tech rode with me and i demoed a couple of problems such as brake noisy, radio skipping ( he stated they would replace it unless ther was bulliton to repair is and update software 16.2 and he stated that 17.0 was on its way

When mine skips its not like a scratch it is more like a buffer underrun of the music
and it is really anoying

Humm wow when mine skips its just a skip like a dirty disc not as bad as buffer under-running. But it happens like once or twice a song. No my discs are clean... and I've tried originals and burned ones. It doesnt happen in my MINI sooooo...
