I would take it to my dealer if the eject button does not work. You could see if there is a "pin hole" for ejecting, but I don't recall seeing one on my player hardware.

I doubt that a pinhole manual release will help with a stuck magazine style changer. It's likely that whatever's jammed isn't going to magically unjam itself with any sort of manual, mechanical release.
The dealer (or you) should be able to remove the changer and carefully disassemble it to free things up...

there is a spring which releases the changer from locked mode, its run by a small motor, sometimes the the lock gets jammed for dirt etc. Just ask the dealer to service its and it will be working fine. It happened to my LX470 changer once. Its nothing dont worry~

It's very easy to remove the changer and open it.
You'll see 2 small plastic caps on the CD changer front, low left & low right. Open them and release the torx screws, this enables you to pull out the entire changer.
Disconnect the MOST/power cable from the back. Take the changer home and open (if I remember correctly, 5 or 6 torx screws and 2 cross ones).
The mechanics are easily accessible. If it's caused by dirt you'll be able to clean it easily. If it's a DC motor gone wrong you'll at least be able to manually remove the cartridge.
Good luck...
