CCC Computer on Backorder

So my bright shiny new 545 I-drive crashed and within the first 24 hours of ownership. Around 60 miles but who is counting.
Took it in the next day (Thurs). Given a loaner - 545 sport with everything I had except Satellite, Comfort seats and it is missing the Nav disc (could have taken mine but didn't realize it). Called today and ....
Apparently 140 or so CCCs are on backorder. If in stock the best turnaround is 5 business days (and up to 10 and that is on rush orders). Personally I think that parts should be able to make it to the US in 48 hours or less (if it is a rush). I don't think that 5 (to 10) business days is acceptable for a high end auto manufacturer.
Anyway, I figure that with so many CCCs on backorder I am looking at being out of my car for a month. The dealer said that he thought it was a problem with Nav and the stereo. So is it failure of the Nav Sat combo left over from the 04s? He said that they have an 04 with the same problem so he didn't think so...
I called the sales manager - furious. Ready to cancel my lease with full refund. A little drastic? Yes. I'll probably get over it.
Any one else have the same problem????

. As you know the 05 545's have only been out a week. I will pick mine up next week and drive 500 miles home. Hopefully mine won't crash during the maiden voyage.

JDN - I remember your story. I didn't think that CAS was the same as CCC but I am thinking they are... Fits that I was told 140 on backorder and you have 165. I am probably #165 (or at least 140). Is BMW compensating you at all? In my state I believe 21 days and you are a lemon...
