My Ride: Blah blahblah blahblah meh.
Slight lean to passenger side to compensate for weight of the driver, steering, dash/gauges, pedal assembly, brake / clutch masters etc. is normal and is not limited to BMW. Many manufacturers from a to z do this and the lean is not just built in to many cars (not sure if all) but trucks and Suvs also. Lean is usually most noticable when lowering cars with just lowering springs. So relax and enjoy the ride!

Just did a complete suspension refresh on my 05 530i sport, including bilstein b12s n eibach springs. Whip still leans on the passenger side noticeably.

Is it in the rear or front. You may want to check the sway bar it could be putting more load on the other side. Also if the car has been in an accident and it was not fixed properly you're not going to be able to fix it. When you did a suspension refresh what all did you change

Just the front. No accidents, other than the odd groundhog.
Struts, springs, mounts, control arms, tie rods, sway bar links.
By noticeably, like 1/2 - 3/4"

No alignment yet, same tires. It was leaning much more before, and I noticed some cupping on the driver side front when rotating tires. Assumed it was worn strut assembly and at 120k it was time for replacement anyhow.

Get your car aligned properly by a BMW mechanic then do your evaluation. At 120k and changing struts. That's too soon unless you are driving on a lot of rough roads. I'm at 190k and still original with no issues. The only thing I've had to change were links and bushings

That's the plan, thanks for the advice.
Other drivers seem to have a similar issue so I figured I'd chime in.
As far as bumpy roads, have u ever been to Pennsylvania? Lol.
