I got hit about a month ago.. never mentioned it on the boards but some asian chick rear ended me when I was waiting at a red light... Well guess what guys!? All that calls for is an m5 bumper and quads! Muahaha

Well I was cruising along in the left lane, and this guy made a right turn from a business, into the right lane and then immediatley switched into the left without looking. I guess I was in his blind spot. Well he scratched the entire side of my car and smashed my mirror. He was in a Lexus LS. I got his card, insurance and everything. I did not think of getting a police report at the scene. We both called his insurance and I'm waiting to hear whats next.

I'm wondering how much damage it may be, it could have been much worse. It may be dented a little bit but from a distance u can't even really tell. Maybe I'll be able to get m5 mirrors out of it.
You can still do a police report. On the west side, station is on Culebra just inside of 410.

Body shop will likely replace fender and skins of door(s). No need to mess with bondo, and a good eye can spot bondo on any car. You didn't ask, but I recommend Gary's Frame (or body shop) on Fredericksburg Rd near Harbor Freight tools. Good honest people. His shop is I-Car certified, and he has been there for umpteen years. He used to manage Gunn's body shop many moons ago. He is big on quality and customer service. This is not a paid political announcement. He is just good people. If you go to his shop, you will see pics of him in his Ford dragster (sponsored by Ford) from many moons ago.

Too bad, that sucks, but just remember, It could always be worse.

Just make sure it gets TLC in a good repair shop.

Thanks for the info. Do you know any expensive shops? I would like to take it by a number of shops to get quotes. I'll go by a police station later to make a report.

So just in update:

This douchebag now claims I ran a fucking red light. There is no light near a mile from where I got hit. Geico is saying its his word against mine. I'm going to have to talk legal action it sounds like.
