.....I got his card, insurance and everything.....We both called his insurance and I'm waiting to hear whats next.
Hey Phill, look what I found in your original post.! .......so, on the day of the accident, to whom did you speak, and what did the bastard admit to at that time.?
If I'm not mistaken, the agent who took the call would also have taken notes, and those are on file in the system. I bet if you call them back (this time with your recorder ready) and turn up the cham a bit (try to get a woman) you may be able to get them to read back those notes to you. Worth a try I think, free M5 mirrors

Dosen't matter, he would still be on record, on the day admitting falt.....it would prove that he is now lying.

now your thinking...

or maybe get that recorded ready and call him from a different number and something like i didnt think you would screw me over or backstab me like this. Get him to admit something or slip up and then get all the money you can out of him.

Phil, Here is my recommendation:

1. Drive over to Texas Auto Services and ask for owner--Robert Shipley. Address: 2714 West Avenue. www.texasautoservices.com.

2. Talk with Robert. I believe that he used to be one of the key people at one of the major ins companies in the area. He knows the routine. He normally handles diminished value cases, but he is a super neat person, and he will give you advice and likely not even charge you. My son's car was destroyed by a lady with a DWI. He advised me what to do, and I ended up getting about $2000 more than the lady's ins was offering. (I still lost $4k.)

3. Robert will talk to anyone--even a BMW driver--maybe even you. He is very happy to give advice to people, and in return, he is seeking referrals and more business. He is good people.

4. If (more like when) he assists you, don't forget to return a favor to him. I owe him a nice dinner.

Ed
