Car jerks a little in 2nd and 3rd gear

I've got a 530i SMG, and every now and then feel a small unsual hesitation/jerk when accelrating passed 3000rpm in 2nd and 3rd gear.
Anyone know of what it may be? I've changed the oil and has plenty of gas.. I'm stumped!
